In our steakhouse, the ALTITUDE Grill, juicy steaks, delicious burgers and our legendary spareribs await you. For the meatlovers amongst you the steakhouse has plenty to offer. Our open kitchen allows you watch the preparation of the food you ordered. Our unique preparation technique prevents fat or other deposits from dripping on the charcoal. This leads to minimal smoke development and full flavour. Along with our regional and international meat we serve not only homemade sauces but also fine wines which round off every meal.

In our ALTITUDE – BUFFET restaurant we offer you daily changing themed buffets. Enjoy local Austrian delicacies and international delights. Every Sunday we offer you a special gala buffet which will take you on a journey through the world of culinary highlights. On special occasions like Easter, Christmas, and New Year's Eve special buffet menus await you to delighten your palate. You can look up the ​daily buffet variations​ online in advance. Thus, you can pick your perfect buffet evening. Our buffet restaurant also offers a breakfast buffet with a lot of variety. This promises a perfect start into your day!

Along with a fantastic view over the mountains and Saalbach Hinterglemm the ALTITUDE BAR always offers you the perfect drink. We serve carefully selected champagnes and a hand-picked range of wines. We also offer international gins, traditional long drinks & beers. Our champagnes have been personally selected for our guests and come from a small producer in the Champagne. Our list of wines is very carefully hand-picked, too. That's why we can offer you a very fine selection of red and white wines from Austria and other parts of the world. If you have a longer way home which you can’t manage on foot, we’re happy to call you a taxi. Though we naturally offer a wide range of non-alcoholic drinks, too.
