To help you plan your stay, here you will find all the information you need about the current opening times in summer and winter.
The hotel is closed between March 31 and May 27, November 3 and December 4, 2025, and after March 29, 2026. During this time, maintenance work and preparations for the coming season take place, among other things. However, our reception and reservations department will still be available for you.
Check-in, check-out & cancellation policy
Check-in is possible from 2:00 p.m. in summer and from 4:00 p.m. in winter.
The regular check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Your reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In this case, the deposit will be refunded in full. In case of late cancellation or no-show, 80% of the total amount will be charged.

You’ll find the Adler Resort at Hasenbachweg 378 in 5754 Saalbach Hinterglemm. You can easily reach us by plane or by train:

Salzburg Airport: 1 hr 30 min / 87 km Munich Airport: 2 hrs 45 min / 214 km Innsbruck Airport: 2 hrs 38 min / 161 km
Arriving by train:
Zell am See Railway Station: 28 min / 22 km Maishofen/Saalbach Railway Station: 18 min / 15 km
Bus connections:
The bus line 680 runs regularly between Zell am See, Maishofen/Saalbach and Saalbach Hinterglemm (stop 'bus terminal' for the Adler Resort).
